It shows a juicy and fresh finish, plus purity and some signs of complexity. The mid-palate finesse is admirable. The Alicante throws off some of its typical beefy nuances. With the stainless steel component, this emphasizes that purity and precision, not just power and fruit. Indeed, it is not a fruit-forward and simple style. There is plenty of power, but the tannins are not overly hard. (…).”
